Shipping and Returns
DELIVERIES AND TRANSPORT COST
Transport Organized by Megaform: We ship goods using our own carrier. This is the standard shipping method unless we receive specific instructions from you. The shipping fees we charge for this delivery service are indicated on our order confirmation.
Delivery Address: The ordered products will be sent to the delivery address registered on your account. Any address changes must be specified during the "delivery address" step of the online ordering process.
Transport Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value and the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for this delivery service are indicated on our order confirmation. For any order with a total value exceeding €5,000, we will request a specific price from our carrier and submit it to you for approval. You can then decide to collect the goods yourself or entrust the transport to our operator.
Self-Collection of Goods: If you wish, you may arrange for your own carrier to collect the goods. In this case, our transportation department will inform you by email of the packaging status once the order is prepared. If you choose this option, please notify us when placing your order.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
As we are organized as a wholesaler (and not as a retailer), we charge an administrative fee of €15 (excluding VAT) for any order under €150 (excluding VAT). The €15 administrative fee is added to the shipping costs during the online ordering process.
RETURN OF GOODS
Damaged Goods or Missing Items- When you receive the items, you are required to make reservations on the CRM.
- Thoroughly check the conformity of each product delivered.
- Send an email describing your issue within 10 working days of delivery to: [email protected].
- In case of damaged products, please attach photos.
- Fill out and email us the "Claim and Return" form that you will receive in response to your request.
We will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Lost ParcelCheck with your tracking number to see where your parcel is. If the tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please send an email to: [email protected]. If the parcel is lost, please complete the loss declaration form that we will send you by email and return it to us at the same address as soon as possible. We will process your request and respond as quickly as possible.
